摘要
如何评估教师培养成效乃是当前教师教育研究领域的热点和难题。上世纪末,越来越多的研究者通过教师从教准备度调查来评估教师培养成效。本研究旨在探讨该评估策略的理论基础、操作规范、优势和应用边界,以便在实践领域对其加以推广。
How to evaluate the outcomes of teacher preparation is a hot topic and difficult problem in the field of teacher education.At the end of the last century,more and more researchers evaluated the outcomes of teacher preparation through a survey on teachers’ sense of preparedness to teach.The study aims to explore the theoretical basis,operation rules,advantages,and application boundaries of the assessment strategy in order to promote put into effect.
