摘要
运用丙烯酸树脂与钨酸盐复合钝化,通过正交试验法对热镀锌层钝化工艺进行了优化。此外,采用单因素变量法、硫酸铜点滴试验、中性盐雾腐蚀试验以及电化学测试研究了工艺参数对钝化膜外观和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:最佳钝化工艺:45 g/L丙烯酸树脂,25 g/L钨酸钠,8 g/L硫脲,15 g/L KF,10 m L/L H_2O_2,pH值为11,钝化40 s,钝化温度30℃。通过最优钝化工艺能获得表面平整、光亮的钝化膜。钝化膜中性盐雾试验出现白锈的时间可达72 h,明显优于未钝化镀锌层。
Using acrylic resin and sodium tungstate composite passivation , the passivation process of hot dip galvanizing layer was optimized by orthogonal test method. In addition, the effects of process parameters on the appearance and corrosion resistance of the passivation film were studied by single factor variable method, copper sulfate dripping test, neutral salt spray corrosion test and electrochemical test. The results show that the optimal passivation technology: 45 g/L acrylic resin, 25 g/L Na2WO4·2H2O, 8 g/Lthiourea, 15 g/L KF, 10 mL/L H2O2, pH=11, passivation time 40 s, and passivation temperature 30 ℃. The passivation film which is smooth and bright can be obtained by the optimal passivation technology . The time of the appearance of white rust in passive film neutral salt spray test is 72 h, which is significantly better than the non-passivated galvanized layer.
