摘要
目的探讨不同瓷贴面处理方法在前牙修复且牙齿目标色为A2患者中的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月-2018年12月治疗的前牙修复且牙齿目标色为A2患者135例作为对象,随机数字表分为无处理组(n=45)、HF组(n=45)和喷砂组(n=45)。三组均采用IPS e max CAD(LTA2色)瓷贴面进行治疗,HF组采用HF完成瓷贴面处理,喷砂组采用喷砂方法完成瓷贴面处理,比较三组治疗后贴面的完整性、颜色的匹配与边缘的适合性。结果喷砂组治疗后完整度、颜色匹配度与边缘的适合性评分,均低于HF组和无处理组(P <0.05);HF组治疗后完整度、颜色匹配度与边缘的适合性评分,均低于无处理组(P <0.05)。喷砂组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率,均高于HF组和无处理组(P <0.05);HF组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率,均高于无处理组(P <0.05);喷砂组、HF组与无处理组治疗后松动脱落、桩折、根折及根尖周炎发生率比较均无统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 IPS e max CAD(LTA2色)瓷贴面采用喷砂方法进行处理用于前牙修复且牙齿目标色为A2患者中能获得良好的治疗效果,能提高患者咀嚼功能,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different porcelain veneer treatment methods in anterior teeth restoration with target color A2.Methods 135 anterior teeth with target color A2 treated from June 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into untreated group(n=45),HF group(n=45)and sandblasting group(n=45).Three groups were treated with IPS e Max CAD(LTA2 color)porcelain veneer.HF group was treated with HF,while sandblasting group was treated with sandblasting.The completeness,color matching and edge suitability of the veneer were compared among the three groups.Results The scores of completeness,color matching and edge suitability in sandblasting group were lower than those in HF group and untreated group(P<0.05),and the scores of completeness,color matching and edge suitability in HF group were lower than those in untreated group(P<0.05).After treatment,the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of sand blasting group were higher than those of HF group and untreated group(P<0.05);after treatment,the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of HF group were higher than those of untreated group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of loosening and falling off,pile breaking,root breaking and periapical inflammation between sand blasting group,HF group and untreated group(P<0.05).Conclusion IPS e Max CAD(LTA2 color)ceramic veneer with sandblasting method can achieve good therapeutic effect in anterior teeth restoration and the target color of teeth is A2.It can improve the masticatory function of patients,and is worth popularizing and applying.
