摘要
新版铁路通信、信号、信息、电力和电力牵引供电工程概算定额,与预算定额编制原则协调统一,重点突出实用性和工程量组成的合理性,明确了专业间相互交叉的工程内容的界面和综合原则,调整了定额结构和内容,实现了技术标准与造价标准的有机结合,为铁路基本建设工程初步设计阶段概算编制及可行性研究阶段估算编制提供重要技术支撑。本文着重介绍新版定额在使用上应注意的要点,以期对使用者有所帮助。
The new budgetary estimate quota for railway communication,signal,information,electric power and traction power supply projects is coordinated and unified with the principle of budget quota formulation.The new quota focuses on practicality and rationality of engineering quantity composition,clarifies the interface and comprehensive principles of engineering contents which intersect specialties,adjusts the quota structure and content,and realizes the organic combination of technical standards and cost standards.And it provides important technical support for the rational determination of investment in railway capital construction projects. The key points that should be paid attention to in the use of the new quota are introduced in this paper in order to help users.
