摘要
组稿是期刊编辑工作的重要内容,是获取优质稿件、提升学术期刊影响力的重要途径。《中华眼视光学与视觉科学杂志》采用聘请学组专家负责组稿工作的模式进行组稿。编辑通过在选题、稿件组织、审理等过程中发挥主观能动性,协助组稿专家做好组稿工作,组稿结束后做好回报工作等措施,对期刊发展产生较好成效,极大地扩充了期刊的优质稿源。
Soliciting contributions is an important work for an academic journal,and is also an important way to obtain excellent manuscripts. In the work of Chinese Journal of Optometry Ophthalmology and Visual Science,we invite experts soliciting contributions. During the soliciting work, editors should participated in selecting topic,managing peer review work. We think editors’ assistance is very useful for expanding high-quality manuscripts for journals.
