摘要
目的:通过观察慢性前列腺炎患者不同经穴红外热像图改变,研究病理状态下,不同腧穴的功能态属性,探讨腧穴的特异性。方法:采用高性能非致冷焦平面红外热像仪M7800 Thermal Imager(LumaSense美国)检测了54例慢性前列腺炎患者与54例正常人中极穴、巨阙穴、足三里、劳宫穴、曲泉穴红外热像图,并用分析软件得到相关温度值,将结果进行统计学分析。结果:慢性前列腺炎患者中极穴、左右曲泉穴温度值较正常人相应腧穴显著升高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而慢性前列腺炎患者巨阙穴温度值与正常人比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);慢性前列腺炎患者双侧足三里、劳宫穴温度值与正常人相应同侧腧穴比较,差异也没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者巨阙穴、足三里、劳宫穴温度值与正常人相比未见明显改变,而与其病症相关腧穴—中极穴、曲泉穴温度值较正常人显著升高,提示相同经络不同腧穴及不同经络上的腧穴对脏腑疾病的反映存在一定的差异性。
Objective: To study the functional properties of different acupoints and discuss the acupoint specificity under pathological status through the observation of change in different acupoints in Infrared Thennography among the patients of chronic prostatitis. Methods: A high - sensitive Infrared Thermography M7800 Thermal Imager was used to detect the differences of temperature distribution features of Zhongji ( RN3 ), Juque( RN14), Zusanli ( ST36), Laogong( PC8 ) and Ququan( LR8) between the 54 patients of chronic prostatitis and 54 normal people. The image was dealt with analytical software and statistical analysis was applied to the data. Result: The skin temperature in the patients of chronic prostatitis is significantly higher in Zhongji( RN3) and Ququan ( LR8) on both sides than normal people. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0. 05 ). However, the comparison of skin temperature of Juque( RN14) in the two groups was not statistically important ( P >0. 05). Neither did the comparison of both sides of Zusanli and Laogong between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The skin temperature of Juque ( RN14), Zusanli ( ST36 ) andLaogong (PC8) does not show significant change between chronic prostatitis patients and normal people, while Zhongji( RN3 ) and Ququan( LR8), the disease related acupoints, show significant increase. This reveals that certain variance exists among the visceral diseases reflection of acupoints on different meridians.
