摘要
针对传统铁矿石磁化焙烧技术与装备存在焙烧产品质量差、产能低、能耗高和环境污染严重等问题,创造性提出了一种"预热-蓄热还原-再氧化"悬浮磁化焙烧新工艺。该工艺具有原料适应性广、焙烧产品质量均匀、回收率高、生产能耗低、无污染等特点,适合处理赤铁矿、褐铁矿、菱铁矿及其混合型难选铁矿石。通过多年的潜心基础研究与技术攻关,形成了非均质矿石颗粒悬浮态流动控制、蓄热式高效低温还原、铁物相精准调控与余热同步回收等一系列关键技术,建成了500 kg/h复杂难选铁矿石悬浮磁化焙烧-高效分选半工业试验平台。酒泉钢铁(集团)有限责任公司建成了165万t/a的粉矿悬浮磁化焙烧工业化生产线,为难选铁矿资源的高效利用开辟了新途径。
In order to solve the problems of poor quality of roasted products, low productivity, high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution induced by traditional iron ore magnetization roasting technology and equipment, an innovative suspended magnetization roasting process of preheating-heat-retaining reduction-reoxidation was proposed. The process has the characteristics of wide adaptability of raw materials, homogeneity of roasted products, high iron recovery, low production energy consumption and less pollution emissions, and is suitable for the treatment of hematite, limonite, siderite and their mixed refractory iron ores. A series of key technologies such as the flow control of heterogeneous ore powders in suspension, low temperature heat-retaining reduction, precise phase transformation control of iron minerals and simultaneous recovery of heat have been developed. Meanwhile, a demonstration project of efficient beneficiation of refractory iron ores based on suspended magnetization roasting with a throughput of 500 kg/h was completed. Currently, the process has achieved an industrial application of 1.65 million t/a in Jiuquan Iron and Steel(Group) Co., Ltd., which will provide a demonstration for the efficient use of refractory iron ores.
