摘要
生产中经常发生带钢头部飞翘,即热轧带钢在精轧末机架高速穿带后头部上扬飞起的现象,对轧线成材率及轧制稳定性均有严重影响。针对某1 580mm半连续式热轧带钢生产线出现的飞翘现象,把飞翘分为延迟型飞翘和即时型飞翘两类。根据其表现形态并结合受力分析,明确了不同类型飞翘的影响因素及形成原因,并提出了针对性控制措施。应用于生产后,带钢头部飞翘问题得到了有效控制。
In the production,the strip head curling phenomenon often occurs,that is,the head of hot rolled strip is lifted up after high-speed finishing rolled,which has a serious impact on the rolling yield rate and rolling stability.Aiming at the strip head curling phenomenon of a 1 580 mm semi-continuous hot strip rolling line,the curling was divided into two types,i.e.delay type strip head curling and instant type strip head curling.According to its performance and combined with force analysis,the influencing factors and formation causes of different types of strip head curling were clarified,and targeted control measures were proposed.After being applied to production,the problem of strip head curling was effectively controlled.
