摘要
本文运用SWOT方法在对高校图书馆参与智库建设的内部优势和劣势、外部机遇和挑战进行分析的基础上,提出了高校图书馆智库建设可行的发展策略:即提高智库建设意识,整合自身资源优势,抓住国家政策机遇,为政府、企业等组织提供优质的决策支持服务。
This paper uses SWOT to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and challenges of university library participation in the construction of think tanks, puts forward feasible development strategies. This paper points out that university libraries should increase their awareness of think tanks construction, integrate their own resource advantages,seize the opportunities of national policies ,and provide high-quality decision-making support services for organizations such as governments and enterprises.
