聚酯帘线与橡胶粘合用间苯二酚-甲醛树脂胶乳混合液改性剂的合成 被引量:3

摘要 从改性一次浸渍工艺出发,合成间苯二酚-甲醛树脂胶乳(RFL)混合液改性剂,并研究其对聚酯帘线与橡胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明,当酚醛物质的量的比为1∶1. 7、反应时间为6 h时合成产物收率最大,在RFL浸渍液中加入改性剂后可以大幅提高聚酯帘线与橡胶的粘合强度。 In this study,the modifier of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin latex(RFL)was synthesized and its effect on the adhesion properties between polyester cord and rubber using one-step RFL dip process was studied. The results showed that the production yield was the highest when the molar ratio of 4-chlororesorcinol to formaldehyde was 1∶1. 7 and the reaction time was 6 h. The adhesion strength between polyester cord and rubber was greatly improved by adding the modifier.
