摘要
目的探究护理层级管理提高临床护理服务质量的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年3月该院在职的160名护士经单双号法分为对照组和观察组,各80名,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组首先开展护理人员层级管理,确定层级后开展工作。对比护理后质量评价。结果观察组护理质量评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理层级管理是提升护理服务质量的有效方法,患者评价较高。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing level management to improve the quality of clinical nursing services. Methods From February 2017 to March 2018, 160 nurses in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group by the single and double numbers method. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the observation group first carried out the level management of the nursing staff, and carried out the work after the level was determined. Compare post-care quality assessment. Results The quality of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing level management is an effective method to improve the quality of nursing services, and patient evaluation is higher.
