中小跨径桥梁装配式模块化墩柱设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 中小跨径桥梁全装配化有利于节约资源能源、减少施工污染、提升劳动生产效率以及质量安全水平,成为我国桥梁建造模式的主流趋势。G3京台高速方兴大道至马堰改扩建项目建设中,以模块化理念开发了一种新型装配式墩柱,提高了墩柱标准化程度,降低墩柱的制造与安装难度,文章对模块化墩柱的概念设计方法、技术要点等方法进行研究,为此类结构的装配化设计提供参考。 The full assembly of small and medium-span bridges is conducive to saving resources and energy, reducing construction pollution, improving labor production efficiency and quality and safety level, and has become the mainstream trend of bridge construction mode in our country. In the construction of G3 Beijing-Taiwan high-speed Fangxing Avenue to Mayan reconstruction and expansion project, a new type of assembled pier column is developed with the concept of modularization, which improves the stan-dardization degree of pier column and reduces the difficulty of manufacture and installation of pier column. In this paper, the con-ceptual design method and technical essentials of modular pier column are studied, which provides a reference for the assembly de-sign of this kind of structure.
