无缝隙优质护理对急性酒精中毒患者不良事件和依从性及心理状态的影响被引量：12

摘要酒精中毒在临床上有较高的发病率,由于患者机体摄入过量的酒精所导致的中毒,包括肝脏损害,神经系统异常.心血管中枢受抑制等.急性酒精中毒迅速导致机体出现严重损害,若未能得到及时有效的治疗及护理,可能危及患者的生命。饮酒后患者的行为及心理改变,如情感脆弱、多变、攻击性强、判断缺失等,有必要进行心理疏导,健康教育,减少不利事件发生。我们对急性酒精中毒患者进行无缝隙优质护理干预,可有效减少不良事件,转归较好,报道如下。
