摘要
本文尝试探索高校英语教师成长的规律,解码英语教师教学能力与教研能力的协同关系,从而探索高校英语教师专业化自主发展的方法和路径。本研究基于高校英语教师专业化自主发展的"一体两翼"理论构架,阐释了高校英语教师主体以自主学习为核心,以教学能力和科研能力的提升为支撑的原理。
This paper analyzes college English teachers' development, and decodes the synergetic relationship between English teachers' teaching ability and research ability, so as to explore solutions to college English teachers professionalization and autonomous development. Based on the theoretical framework of "One-center (teacher-centered) and Two-Wings (wings of teaching ability and research ability)", this paper explains that college English teachers can promote their teaching ability and research ability by ways of autonomous learning.
