摘要
目的:开展基于人工智能的智慧病区探索与实践,检验人工智能技术在智慧病区应用的可行性及成效。方法:提出一套基于人工智能与云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网等先进信息技术的智慧病区综合解决方案。方案利用人工智能等先进技术建立全病区智能感知网络及综合服务云平台。综合服务云平台由4个智能信息平台——用户终端智能平台、数据处理智能平台、泛在网络智能平台、综合服务智能平台及12个主要子系统模块构成。结果:解决方案已经在医院病房成功应用并取得较好成效,实现4个提升:提升医护资源利用率,提升健康教育质量,提升病区智能化水平,提升患者住院满意度。结论:人工智能技术在智慧病区具有较强的应用可行性,能够支撑智慧病区有效实施落地。
Objective:Try to carry out the practice of Smart Ward based on Artificial Intelligence,and to test the feasibility and effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence technology in Smart Ward.Methods:It proposes a comprehensive solution of smart ward based on advanced information technology such as Artificial Intelligence,cloud computing,big data,internet of things,mobile internet.By the advanced technologies,the solution establishes a comprehensive ward intelligent awareness network and an integrated service cloud platform which consists of four intelligent information platforms-terminal intelligent platform,data processing intelligent platform,ubiquitous network intelligent platform,integrated service intelligent platform and twelve main subsystem modules.Results:The solution has been successfully applied in a ward and achieved good results,achieving four improvements:improving the utilization of medical resources,the quality of health education,the intelligence level of wards,and patient satisfaction.Conclusion:Artificial Intelligence technology has strong application feasibility in smart ward,and can support the effective implementation of the smart ward.
