摘要
目的分析与探讨甘肃积石山地区2017—2018年育龄夫妇的孕前优生健康检查结果。方法抽取2017年1月—2018年6月在甘肃积石山地区进行孕前健康检查的孕妇432例作为研究对象,根据优生健康检查方法的不同分为观察组232例与对照组200例,对照组给予常规孕前优生健康检查,观察组给予创新型孕前优生健康检查,记录两组分娩预后。结果观察组的贫血、高血压、糖尿病等妊娠并发症发生率都显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而和剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩孕妇的第一产程、第二产程与总产程时间都显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的1 min Apgar评分与5 min Apgar评分都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘肃积石山地区2017—2018年育龄夫妇的孕前优生健康检查能降低妊娠并发症的发生,促进自然分娩,缩短产程,改善新生儿的预后。
Objective To analysis and explore the pre-pregnancy eugenics health check results of couples of childbearing age in Jishishan area of Gansu from 2017 to 2018 years. Methods From January to May 2018, A total of 432 cases of pregnant women with pre-pregnancy health check in the Jishishan area of Gansu Province were enrolled and were divided into the 232 cases in the observation group and 200 cases in the control group accorded to the different eugenics examination methods. The control group were given the traditional pre-pregnancy eugenics health check, the observation group were given innovative pre-pregnancy eugenics health check, and the prognosis of the two groups were recorded. Results The incidence of pregnancy complications such as anemia, hypertension and diabetes in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The natural delivery rates of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the cesarean section rates were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the total labor time of the pregnant women in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The 1 min Apgar scores and the 5 min Apgar scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-pregnancy eugenics health check for the couples of childbearing age in Jishishan area of Gansu from 2017 to 2018 years can reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications, promote natural childbirth, shorten the production, and improve the prognosis of newborns.
