摘要
针对传统的双向内外管压差流量计仿真软件FLUENT二次开发难度较大、仿真过程复杂等问题,选用COMSOL Multiphysics软件代替FLUENT,提高了仿真的效率,并方便后续利用MATLAB进行二次开发。以节流件异径比k、扩散角θ和节流件的大管半径R3个优化目标为例,设计二次回归正交试验,利用SolidWorks建立三维模型,分别使用COMSOL与FLUENT进行仿真,两种软件的仿真结果表明,在双向内外管压差流量计的仿真中COMSOL可以代替FLUENT。
In view of the difficulty of secondary development of the traditional two-way internal and external tube pressure difference flowmeter, and complicated simulation process in simulation software FLUENT, it uses COMSOL Multiphysics software instead of FLUENT, realizes secondary development in MATLAB and improves the efficiency of simulation. Taking the three different optimization targets of the throttle reducer ratio k, the diffusion angle θ and the large tube radius R of the throttle as an example, it designs the quadratic regression orthogonal experiment, establishes the 3D model in SolidWorks, obtains the simulation data in COMSOL and FLUENT respectively. Comparing the simulation results of the two software, COMSOL can replace FLUENT in the simulation of two-way internal and external tube pressure difference flowmeter.
