摘要
对军用耐腐蚀高强度液冷管路组件的设计与制备方法进行了研究。液冷管路组件由带不锈钢编织层的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)软管、防锈铝基液冷接头和不锈钢基压套组成,液冷接头采用带有6处ϕ0.6mm圆弧形凹槽的平直段与1处20°锥面宝塔组合的结构形式。提出了扣压量的科学计算方法,给出了扣压量计算公式,通过大量的扣压及耐压试验,得出在液冷接头圆弧形凹槽处的PTFE软管壁厚压缩率的推荐值为40%~50%。对液冷管路组件进行了耐压实验,结果显示,液冷管路组件满足压力值为6MPa、压力施加时长为5min的设计要求。液冷管路组件的耐腐蚀能力满足国军标GJB150.11A的通过96h盐雾试验的要求。
It proposes the design and preparation methods of military corrosion-resistant high-strength liquid-cooled pipeline components. The liquid-cooled piping assembly consists of a polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) hose with a stainless steel braid, a rust-proof aluminum joint, and a stainless steel sleeve. The liquid-cooled joint is constructed in a combination of six straight sections with ?0.6 mm circular grooves and one 20° tapered surface. It illustrates the scientific calculation method of the amount of clasp, obtains the formula for calculating the clasp. Through a large number of crimping and pressure test, the recommended value of the wall thickness compression ratio of the PTFE hose in the circular groove of the liquid-cooled joint is 40%~50%. It takes the pressure test on the liquid-cooled pipeline assembly. The results show that the liquid-cooled pipeline assembly meets the design requirements of a pressure of 6 MPa and a pressure application time of 5 minutes. The corrosion resistance of the liquid-cooled piping assembly meets the requirements of the 96 h salt spray test of national military standard GJB150.11 A.
