摘要
为确保垂线观测仪监测数据的准确性与可靠性,对垂线观测仪示值误差的校准方法进行了研究。选择铅垂线作为垂线观测仪的测量标准,通过影像测量仪运动程序控制铅垂线在 XY 坐标系中的运动,以实现铅垂线的运动轨迹向量与垂线观测仪在 xy 坐标系中运动产生的向量相等,对比两向量的模得到垂线观测仪在 x和y 方向的示值误差。对测量结果的不确定度进行详尽分析,验证了该校准方法具有量值溯源性。采用此通用性测量方法,可对各类型垂线观测仪示值误差进行有效校准。
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring data of the plumb-line observer, the calibration method of the indication error of the plumb-line observer is studied. Selecting the plumb line as a measuring standard for measuring indication error of plumb-line observer,through the controlled by the motion program of image measuring instrument,the plumb line moves on XY coordinate,so that the trajectory vector of the plumb line is equal to the vector produced by the xy coordinate motion of the plumb-line observer, and the xy coordinate indication error of the plumb-line observer is obtained by comparing the modes of the two vectors. The measurement uncertainty is analyzed,and verifies that the calibration method is traceable.This universal method call be taken as an effective calibration to measure the indication error of various types of plumb-line observers.
