安装条件对超声流量计计量准确性影响初探 被引量:1

摘要 采用实验测试与数值模拟相结合的方式,研究了不同安装条件对超声流量计计量准确性的影响。实验结果表明锈蚀直管段及是否安装整流器以及安装哪种整流器对流态及计量结果有较大影响,数值模拟结果佐证了实验结果。为保证贸易交接准确可靠,超声流量计检定和现场使用安装条件应符合标准要求,若不能做到一致时,建议一并送检流量计配套附件。 The effects of different installation conditions on measuring accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter were studied by means of experimental test and numerical simulation. The experimental results show that the rusted straight pipe section and whether or not to install flow conditioner and which flow conditioner to install have a great influence on the flow state and measurement results. The numerical simulation results support the experimental results. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the trade handover, the verification and on-site use and installation should meet the standard requirements. If the consistency cannot be achieved, it is suggested to submit the supporting accessories of the flow meter for inspection together.
