摘要
为探索化学镀镍次数对TC6钛合金性能的影响,利用扫描电镜、拉伸试验机、疲劳试验机等设备对镀镍后TC6钛合金的表面形貌、结合力、力学性能、氢脆性进行了分析。结果表明:第1次镀镍后基体抗拉强度σ_b、断后延伸率δ_5分别下降了2.3%、1.0%,而断面收缩率ψ增加了12.2%;第5次化学镀镍后基体抗拉强度σ_b、断后延伸率δ_5、断面收缩率ψ分别下降了1.3%、5.9%、13.1%;多次化学镀镍后TC6钛合金疲劳极限值由401 MPa降至238.3 MPa;5次化学镀镍后对镀层的结合力、氢脆性影响较小。
In order to explore the influence of electroless nickel plating times on the properties of TC6 ti tanium alloy,the surface morphology,adhesion,m echanical properties and hydrogen embrittlement of TC6 titanium alloy were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,tensile tester and fatigue tester through multiple plating. The results showed that the tensile strength(σb),elongation(δ5)of the sub strates after the first times of electroless nickel plating were decreased by 2.3% and 1.0%,but the shrink age(ψ) was increased by 12.2%;after five times of electroless nickel plating,the tensile strength(σ b), elongation(δ 5)and shrinkage(ψ) were decreased by 1.3%,5.9% and 13.1% respectively. After repeat ed elecroless nickel plating,the fatigue limit of TC6 titanium alloy decreased from 401 MPa to 238.3 MPa. The adhesion and hydrogen embrittlement of TC6 titanium alloys after five times of electroless nick el plating were less affected.
