摘要
采用溶液混合法制得功能化氧化石墨烯(E-GO)与壳聚糖(CS)的复合材料(EGC),对产物的形貌和结构进行了表征;将EGC用于Cr^(3+)的吸附,考察了E-GO含量、pH值、EGC投加量、吸附时间等因素对吸附效果的影响;结果表明E-GO呈表面光滑的片状结构,局部褶皱;CS结构致密,无明显孔隙;EGC则比CS更加光滑,无明显缝隙和孔状结构。当E-GO质量分数为25%,pH值为5时的吸附效果最佳;EGC投加量为0.3g·L^(-1)时,吸附效率可达99.0%;3h可达到吸附平衡;准二级动力学模型和朗格缪尔等温吸附方程对吸附过程拟合度较高;EGC重复使用性能良好。
The E-GO/CS composite was prepared by solution blend method. Morphology and structure of the EGC were characterized .Effects of E-GO concentration,pH value,EGC dosage,adsorption time on the adsorption behavior of EGC composite on Cr^3+ were discussed. The results showed that E-GO was smooth and flake with folds,CS was compact without obvious pore,EGC was more smooth than CS without obvious crevice and pore. Effect of adsorption was best when mass fraction of the E-GO was 25%,pH value was 5. The adsorption efficiency could be 99.0% when the EGC dosage was 0.3g ·L-1. The adsorption equilibrium was obtained in 180 mins. The adsorption process could be highly fitted by pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir equation. The reusability of the composite was excellent.
