摘要
采煤机行走轮与输送机销排之间并非共轭传动,啮合时的速度突变较大,对轮齿造成磨损与冲击,影响轮齿使用寿命。建立三维模型,通过仿真分析对比研究不同齿形在不同中心距时的啮合平稳性,得出以适当方法减小齿形角可以提高啮合平稳性的结论。实践证明,适当减小齿形角能减小速度突变,改善受力状态,提高齿轮使用寿命。
There is no conjugate transmission between shearer sprocket and scraper conveyor pin.The serious sudden change of velocity cause the wear and impact to sprocket,which affects its service life.Through the establishment of 3D model,the meshing stability of different tooth profiles at different center distances have been compared by simulation analysis.It is concluded that the meshing stability can be improved by reducing tooth profile angle in proper way.Practice has proved that properly reducing the tooth profile angle can reduce the sudden change of speed,improve the stress state and extend the service life of sprocket.
