摘要
把社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设,是坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合的必然要求,是加强社会主义核心价值观建设的重要途径。与推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的要求相比,把社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设还存在一些问题和困难。面对新的形势任务,必须全面贯彻落实依法治国基本方略,把社会主义核心价值观融入法治国家、法治政府、法治社会建设全过程,融入科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法各环节,不断增强法治建设的道德底蕴。
To integrate the core socialist values into building rule of law is the necessary requirement for the combination between law-based governance and virtue-based governance in China. It is also the key to strengthening the core socialist values. In terms of meeting the requirements of advancing the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity, there are still some problems with the integration between the core socialist values and rule of law. Facing the new situation, we have to fully implement rule of law as a fundamental governance principle;integrate the core socialist values into the whole process of building a law-based state, government, and society, and into each link of rule of law to ensure sound law making, strict law enforcement, impartial administration of justice, and the observance of law by everyone, thus continuously increasing the moral support for rule of law.
