摘要 为了使医院生化检测流水线能够高效稳定运行,大幅提升医院检验工作的效率与质量,文中开发了基于PLC控制器和WinCC的流水线控制系统。其将医院生化检测流程分为样品前处理以及样品自动生化分析,将整个检测流程分为5个进程,并通过使用时间轴上所有设备资源的扩展确保五道工序在多工序操作时不会相互冲突,使系统能够流水操作。采用双CAN总线作为系统的通信层,确保系统的实时性及稳定性。试验与操作表明,该控制系统能够满足生产线自动化要求,具有实时性高、可靠、操作方便等特点。 In order to make the hospital biochemical test line run efficiently and steadily,and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of hospital inspection work,this paper develops a pipeline control system based on PLC controller and WinCC,which divides the hospital biochemical test process into sample pretreatment and sample automatic biochemical analysis,and divides the whole test process into five parts.Process,and by using the expansion of all equipment resources on the timeline to ensure that the five processes in the multi-process operation will not conflict with each other,so that the system can be pipelining operation.The dual CAN bus is used as the communication layer of the system to ensure the real-time and stability of the system.Test and operation show that the control system can meet the requirements of production line automation,with high real-time,reliable,easy to operate and other characteristics.
