摘要
目的:研究探讨中药外敷结合银质针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果。方法:拟定此研究于2016年2月-2018年2月在我院进行,以规定研究时段内收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机均分两组各40例,以银质针治疗为对照组,以中药外敷结合银质针治疗为观察组,分析中药外敷结合银质针治疗的价值,并对比两组的疗效、膝关节评分、疼痛情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为92.5%,对照组为80.0%,观察组疗效较对照组高,观察组的Lysholm评分较对照组高,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论:中药外敷结合银质针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果较好,可以增强疗效,促进膝关节功能的恢复,缓解疼痛,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To investigate efficacy of TCM external application plus acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The control group was given acupuncture;and the observation group was given TCM external application more.Results:The total efficiency was 92.5%in the observation group,higher than 80.0%in the control group,P<0.05.The Lysholm score in the observation group was higher;the VAS score in the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM external application plus acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis shows a good effect,can improve knee function and pain,and is worthy of promotion.
