摘要
目的:研究在因高血压肾病引发的慢性肾功能衰竭患者中应用滋阴大补汤治疗的效果。方法:本次数据统计中以随机数字表法将2015年12月-2017年12月我院收治的48例因高血压肾病引发的慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为参照组和实验组,一组纳入24例患者,将西医对症治疗纳入到参照组,将滋阴大补汤治疗纳入到实验组,比较参照组和实验组因高血压肾病引发的慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗有效率、24小时尿蛋白定量(Upro)、血肌酐(Scr)、生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果:实验组因高血压肾病引发的慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗有效率、GFR、Scr、Ccr、Upro与参照组各项数据对比,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:将滋阴大补汤治疗应用于因高血压肾病引发的慢性肾功能衰竭患者中具有显著功效,可缓解临床症状以及改善肾功能,值得纳入应用。
Objective:To study efficacy of the Ziyin Dabu decoction(滋阴大补汤)on chronic renal failure caused by hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:December 2015-December 2017,48 cases were divided into two groups,24 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the experimental group was given the Ziyin Dabu decoction.Results:There was significant difference of efficiency,GFR,Scr,Ccr,Upro between the experimental group and the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Ziyin Dabu decoction on chronic renal failure caused by hypertensive nephropathy show a good effect,can improve clinical symptoms and renal function,and is worthy of promotion.
