摘要
小儿频繁发作上、下呼吸道感染,在单位时间内超过一定的次数,即为反复呼吸道感染。严重影响了小儿的生长发育和心理健康,同时也加剧了家庭和社会的经济负担。朱珊教授依据30余年的教学和临床经验,认为小儿反复呼吸道感染多为本虚标实,小儿的生理特点为肺常不足,脾常不足,故朱珊教授临床辨证多从肺脾考虑,治以补肺固卫,健脾益气,佐以祛邪之法。遣方用药有独特的见解,疗效颇佳。
Frequent upper and lower respiratory tract infections attack that exceeds a certain number of times per unit time is recurrent respiratory tract infections.It has seriously affected the growth and development of children and their psychological health.At the same time,it has also aggravated the economic burden of families and society.Based on more than 30 years of teaching and clinical experience,Professor Zhu Shan believes that children’s recurrent respiratory tract infections are mostly based on deficiency.The physiological characteristics of children are that the lungs are often insufficient,and the spleen is often insufficient.Therefore,professor Zhu Shan’s clinical dialectical thinking is mostly based on the lung and spleen.The treatment is to supplement the lungs,strengthen the spleen,replenish qi,and assist in eliminating pathogenic factors.
