摘要
目的:对单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床效果作探讨。方法:将我院2015年11月-2017年11月收治的脊柱骨折患者78例纳为对象,将其依据双盲法均分为两组:对照组39例选择单纯内固定治疗,观察组39例选择内固定结合椎体成形术治疗。对比两组的总有效率、疼痛评分(VAS)及功能改善评分(Prolo)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.4%比对照组82.1%高,P <0.05;治疗后两组患者VAS、Prolo评分均见改善,但观察组患者VAS、Prolo评分改善程度比对照组优,P <0.05。结论:脊柱骨折患者接受内固定结合椎体成形术治疗的临床效果更佳。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of simple internal fixation and internal fixation with vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fractures.Methods:Seventy-eight cases of spinal fractures patients treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were included and divided into two groups according to the double-blind method:39 patients in the control group were treated with simple internal fixation,and 39 cases in the observation group received internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The total effective rate,pain score(VAS)and functional improvement score(Prolo)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.4%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(82.1%),P<0.05;both VAS and Prolo scores improved after treatment,but the VAS and Prolo scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in patients with spinal fractures was better.
