光缆用阻水纱制造新工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决全干式光缆生产过程中阻水纱严重掉粉问题,开发了一种阻水纱的制造新工艺。该工艺先合成吸水性能树脂预聚物,再通过涂覆和烘干工艺,让预聚物最终在基体纱线上聚合固化,从而赋予纱线阻水性能。经严格检测,生产的阻水纱性能完全满足行业标准和光缆厂家的采购技术规范要求。光缆生产工艺试验表明:采用上述工艺制造的阻水纱可完全满足全干式光缆生产,可解决掉粉带来的粉尘污染问题。 In order to solve the problem of serious powder drop of water-blocking yarn during the production process of totally dry optical cable, a new manufacturing process of water-blocking yarn was developed in this paper. The prepolymer of high water absorbable performance resin is synthesized first. The resin with high water absorbility is then polymerized on the matrix yarn by coating and curing process. Finally, the water resistance resin and the base yarn are integrated into one. Testing result indicates that the performance of the water blocking yarn can completely meet the requirements of the communication industry standard and the technical specifications of the cable manufacturers. The process test of the optical fiber cable production shows that the water blocking yarn produced by the above technology can be applied to manufacture totally dry optical cable, and can solve the problems of powder drop and dust pollution.
