摘要
通过相关性分析,建立了在不同条件下的交叉口安全评价指标体系。基于数据包络原理,在C^2R模型的基础上,建立超效率DEA模型,结合改进的初始簇中心的K均值聚类法(FKM),构建交叉口评价方法。以西宁市城中区10个交叉口为例进行评价,得到各交叉口安全指数和安全等级。结果表明,该方法可对城市交叉口安全性进行有效评价,采用超效率DEA指数聚类,结果避免了偏聚类现象,该研究丰富了现有交叉口安全评价方法。
Using correlation analysis, a flexible evaluation index system for intersection safety under different conditions was established. Based on the data envelopment theory and the model of C 2 R , a super-efficiency DEA model was established, and by combining the improved K means clustering algorithm (FKM) which had the initial cluster center, an intersection evaluation method was constructed. Taking the 10 intersections in the central district of Xining City as an example for evaluation, the safety indexes and safety grades of each intersection were obtained. The results showed that this method could effectively evaluate the safety of urban intersections;By using super-efficient DEA index clustering, the bias clustering phenomenon was avoided and the existing intersection safety evaluation methods were enriched.
