本田雅阁Hybrid搭载最新开发的一套Hybrid i-MMD系统(双电机混合动力系统),简称为i-MMD。这套i-MMD系统具有高效率的双电机混合动力系统,能提供强劲的动力输出和优异的燃油经济性。i-MMD系统主要由阿特金森循环发动机、驱动电机、发电机、e-CVT及锂电池组组件组成。在电机方面,通过升压技术和磁阻转矩技术,提高电机系统效率、功率和扭矩输出能力。PCU方面通过提高功率模块散热性能提升功率输出,使用低损耗芯片提高PCU效率;因此,电机达输出功率,PCU电压提升至700 V,400 kVA的功率容量,整个系统最高效率达到96%。
Honda accord Hybrid equipped with the latest development of a Hybrid i- MMD system (Dual motor hybrid system, i-MMD). This i-MMD system has a dual-motor hybrid power system with high efficiency, strong and stable power output, and excellent fuel economy. This i-MMD system consists of advanced Atkinson Cycle engine, generator, driving motor and power separator e-CVT. The Power Control Unit was made more compact and power was increased by enhancing the unit’s heat dissipation performance, and it was made more efficient by using a low-loss chip. As a result, the motor achieves maximum torque of 307 N·m and maximum output of 124 kW, while the Power Control Unit achieves a voltage increase of 700 V and total output of 400 kVA. The Power Control Unit including the motor achieved a maximum efficiency of 96%.
