职业教育供给侧结构性改革的现实依据分析——以辽宁省职业院校为例

摘要 我国经济和社会领域开展的供给侧结构性改革使得社会对于人才的需求发生了变化,进而对教育服务提出了更高的要求,而当前我国职业教育已经成为了培养专业型人才的重要通道,但是其输送的人才与社会经济发展、企业需求之间存在着不匹配的情况。以辽宁省职业院校为例,详细分析了其教育供给侧结构性改革的必要性和可行性,并有针对性地从人才培养定位、学校制度等六个方面提出了相关的对策和建议。 The supply-side structural reform in China's economic and social field has changed the society's demand for talents. This further comes up with higher requirements for educational services. At present, vocational education in China has become an important channel for cultivating professional talents. However, there is a mismatch between the delivered talents and the social and economic development and enterprise needs. Taking vocational colleges in Liaoning Province as the example, it analyzes in detail the necessity and feasibility of the supply-side structural reform of its education, and provides relevant countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects, including talent training orientation and school system.
