摘要
目的探索PBL结合CBS教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用效果,构建泌尿外科临床教学新模式。方法把2014年6月—2018年6月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院泌尿外科临床实习的382名学生随机分为PBL结合CBS教学组和传统教学组,依据出科问卷调查和出科考试评估教学效果。结果考核结果显示,PBL与CBS教学组的平均得分高于传统教学组(P<0.01)。调查问卷结果显示,多数学生认为PBL结合CBS教学法能提高学生的自学能力,分析、解决问题能力,语言表达能力,专业知识掌握能力等方面临床教学印象,活跃教学气氛,有助于建立良好的医学思维方式。结论 PBL结合CBS教学法对提高泌尿外科临床教学质量和学生综合素质具有积极意义。但是,在改革的过程中,必须依靠整体教学改革,结合中国国情,最终充分发挥其优势,改正不足,取得更好的成果。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBS teaching method in urology clinical teaching and to construct a new model of urology clinical teaching.Methods 382 students were randomly divided into PBL and CBS teaching group and traditional teaching group from June 2014 to June 2018 in the clinical practice of urology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM.The teaching results were evaluated based on questionnaire survey and examination.Results The average score of PBL and CBS teaching group was higher than that of traditional teaching group(P<0.01).The results of the questionnaire showed that most students believeed that PBL combined with CBS teaching method can deepen students'self-study ability analysis,problem-solving ability,language expression ability,professional knowledge mastery and other clinical teaching impressions,active teaching atmosphere,and help to establish good medical thinking way.Conclusion PBL combined with CBS teaching method has positive significance in improving the quality of clinical teaching in urology and the comprehensive quality of students.However,in the process of reform,we must rely on the overall reform of teaching and learning,take into account China's national conditions,and finally give full play to its advantages,correct its deficiencies,and achieve better results.
