摘要
主要研究了生产线自动控制系统的实现路径,设计了一种分布式造粒生产线控制系统,该系统基于PLC为上下位机模式的自动控制,主要由供料、加工、装配、输送和分拣五个相互独立的工作模块单元构成,各工作单元通过不同的PLC进行控制,通过使用串口各工作单元实现相互间的连通,实现了各模块相互联系又彼此独立的目标,检测结果表明该系统使造粒生产线的自动化控制过程得以有效实现,显著提高了生产效率。
This paper mainly studies the realization path of automatic control system of production line, and designs a distributed granulation production line control system. The system is based on PLC for the automatic control of the upper and lower machine mode, mainly composed of five independent working module units, i.e., feeding, processing, assembly, transportation and sorting. The unit is controlled by PLC, and each working unit of the serial port is connected to others. The result shows that the system can effectively realize the automatic control process of the granulation production line, and significantly improve the production efficiency.
