摘要
班级心理委员是高职院校心理健康教育的重要主体,在传播心理健康知识、开展心理健康活动、进行心理健康危机干预等方面发挥着重要的作用。目前高职院校班级心理委员管理工作存在角色定位错位、选拔标准模糊、培训系统欠完备、考核激励效果不佳等方面的问题。优化班级心理委员管理制度需准确、合理定位角色职责,明确、规范选拔标准和流程,系统化、针对性开展培训教育,优化日常过程管理及考核激励。
Class psychological committee is an important subject in higher vocational colleges' mental health education. It plays an important role in disseminating mental health knowledge, carrying out mental health activities, and conducting mental health crisis intervention. At present, there are problems in the psychological committee management system of higher vocational colleges. For example, the role is misplaced. The selection criteria are vague. The training system is not complete, and the assessment incentive effect is not good. Optimizing the construction of the psychological committee management system requires accurate and rational positioning of role responsibilities, clear standard selection criteria and processes, systematic and targeted training and education, optimization of daily process management and assessment incentives.
