摘要
目的探讨内分泌见习教学过程中标准化病例结合问题—讨论—指导(problem-discuss-guidance,PDG)教学法的效果。方法选取我院2015级临床医学专业47名学生作为研究对象,将其随机分成实验组与对照组。实验组采用标准化病例结合PDG进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方式教学。见习结束后,对所有学生统一进行理论及实践技能考核和教学满意度问卷调查,评价两种方法的教学效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组的考试测评成绩及教学满意度均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在内分泌见习带教过程中,标准化病例结合PDG教学法优于传统教学方法,有利于提高学生的学习能力及对知识的掌握程度。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-discussion-guidance(PDG)teaching method in the process of endocrine probation teaching.Methods 47 students of clinical medicine specialty of grade 2015 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taught with standardized cases combined with PDG.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods.After the internship,all the students were assessed with theory and practice skills and questionnaires on teaching satisfaction to evaluate the teaching effect of the two methods.Results Compared with the control group,the test scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of probationary teaching of endocrinology,the combination of standardized case and PDG teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method,which is conducive to improving students'learning ability and mastery of knowledge.
