替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期胃癌的疗效和安全性分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:分析替吉奥+三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期胃癌的疗效、安全性。方法:通过数字随机表分组法将2015年3月—2017年2月在本院治疗的100例局部晚期胃癌患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用三维适形放疗,观察组采用替吉奥联合三维适形放疗,对比两组疗效和安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、疾病控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:局部晚期胃癌在三维适形放疗的基础上加用替吉奥,可提高整体疗效,并且安全性在可控范围内。
