摘要
目的掌握义乌市外环境水碘含量情况,为碘缺乏病的防治提供科学依据。方法以镇(街道)为单位采集居民生活饮用水水样,利用硫酸铈催化分光光度法测定饮用水中的水碘含量。结果共检测水样348份,水碘中位数为2.48μg/L,水碘含量<10.0μg/L的占97.70%,>10.0μg/L的占2.30%,不同水源的水碘中位数依次为地下水>水库水>溪水。水库水和溪水水碘含量均小于10.0μg/L,合计覆盖总人口数的99.28%。结论义乌市外环境缺碘范围广、程度深。今后应继续抓好食用碘盐防治碘缺乏病措施的有效落实。
Objective To understand the iodine content of water outside Yiwu city and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD).Methods Taking town(street)as a unit to collect drinking water samples,the iodine content in drinking water was determined by cerium sulfate catalytic spectrophotometry.Results 348 water samples were detected,the median of iodine in water was 2.48μg/L,97.70%of water iodine content was less than 10.0μg/L and 2.30%of water iodine content was more than 10.0μg/L.The median of iodine in water from different sources was groundwater>reservoir water>stream water in turn.The iodine content in reservoir water and stream water is less than 10.0μg/L,covering 99.28%of the total population.Conclusion The iodine deficiency in the external environment of Yiwu city is extensive and deep.In the future,we should continue to take effective measures to control IDD by eating iodized salt.
