摘要
采用扫描电镜(SEM)、室温拉伸、电化学法和FeCl-_3浸泡法等手段,研究了时效温度对AM355不锈钢显微组织、力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:350~625℃时效处理后,AM355不锈钢的基体组织都为马氏体+奥氏体,且奥氏体含量随着时效温度的升高而呈现逐渐增加的趋势。电化学性能和Fe Cl3溶液浸泡腐蚀结果表明,随着时效温度的升高,AM355不锈钢的耐蚀性能呈现先减小而后升高的特征;时效温度为350℃时,AM355不锈钢具有最佳的强塑性结合以及最佳的耐点蚀性能。
Effect of aging temperature on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of AM355 stainless steel were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM),room temperature tensile test,electrochemical method and FeCl3 immersion method. The results show that,after aging treatment at 350-625 ℃,the matrix microstructure of AM355 stainless steel is composed of martensite and austenite,and with the increase of aging temperature,the content of austenite increases gradually. The electrochemical performance and FeCl3 solution immersion corrosion results show that the corrosion resistance of AM355 stainless steel first decreases and then increases with the increase of aging temperature;when the aging temperature is at 350 ℃,the AM355 stainless steel has the best combination of strength and plasticity,together with the best pitting resistance.
