摘要
肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种较为常见的胃肠道功能紊乱性疾病。腹泻型(D-IBS)乃为最多见的临床类型,腹痛、腹泻、肠鸣等为其主要症状,中医学将其归属于"腹痛""泄泻""郁病"等范畴。近年来随着对其认识和研究的深入,中医药治疗彰显了一定的特色和优势,依据"取象比类"的思维方法,风邪与D-IBS密切相关。风药味辛质轻,具有辛温升散等多种特性,临证遣方用药多配伍风药祛邪外出、胜湿健脾、疏散肝郁、调理气机、助补脾肾,以针对D-IBS复杂的病因病机发挥治疗作用而获良效。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a common gastrointestinal disorder.Diarrhea type(D-IBS) is the most common clinical type.Abdominal pain,diarrhea and bowel sounds are the chief manifestation.D-IBS belongs to the"abdominal pain","diarrhea","depression"and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In recent years,with the deepening of its understanding and research,TCM treatment has shown certain characteristics and advantages.According to the thinking method of"image analogy",wind evil is closely related to D-IBS.The flavor of wind medicine is light and has many characteristics,such as Xinwenshengsan,etc.The prescriptions for clinical treatment are mostly compatible with traditional Chinese medicine to dispel pathogenic factors and go out,remore dampness and invigorate the spleen,disperse liver depression,regulate Qi and supplement spleen and kidney,so as to play a therapeutic role in the complex etiology and pathogenesis of D-IBS and achieve good results.
