摘要
随着现代大众旅游消费升级,需要对旅游发展战略进行再定位,2017年国务院将"全域旅游"写入政府工作报告,标志着"全域旅游"上升为国家战略。绍兴在2008年就率先提出"全城旅游"发展战略,目前全域文化旅游发展已进入新时代,并呈现出新的趋势、模式和途径。要真正实现从旅游景点时代、景区时代、旅游目的地时代向全域文化旅游时代跨越转型,需要在全域空间优化、全域产业联动、全域市场开拓、全域服务配套上强势发力。
With the upgrading of modern mass tourism consumption,it is necessary to reposition the tourism development strategy.In 2017,the State Council put the concept of “global tourism” into the government work report,which indicates that “global tourism” has become a national strategy.Shaoxing took the lead in putting forward the development strategy of “city-wide tourism” in 2008.At present,the development of global cultural tourism has entered a new era,showing new trends,patterns and ways.To truly realize the leap-forward transformation from the era of tourist attractions,scenic spots and tourist destinations to the era of global cultural tourism,we need to exert a strong force in global spatial optimization,global industrial linkage,global market development and global service matching.
