摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)在高龄患者全膝关节置换术围手术期的应用效果。方法将48例65岁以上行全膝关节置换术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组采用ERAS护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的术后下床活动时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS护理模式应用于高龄患者全膝关节置换术围手术期中,能降低术后并发症发生率、缩短早期下床活动时间并提高护理疼痛满意度,以达到快速康复目的,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty in elderly patients.Methods A total of 48 cases of total knee arthroplasty over 65 years old were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.ERAS nursing mode was used in the observation group,and routine nursing mode was used in the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing mode applied in the elderly patients during the perioperative period of total knee replacement can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the time out of bed early,improve the satisfaction of nursing pain and achieve the goal of rapid rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
