摘要
目的研究慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床护理路径构建及实施效果。方法将我院收治的84例慢性硬膜下血肿患者以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组于传统护理模式下行常规护理,观察组在临床护理路径模式下实施护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组住院时间、拔管时间及拆线时间均短于对照组,且住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为7.14%,显著低于对照组的26.19%(P<0.05)。结论在慢性硬膜下血肿患者行手术治疗时实施临床护理路径能够减少患者住院时间,缓解其经济压力,缓解其负性情绪,且并发症发生风险较低。
Objective To study the construction and implementation effect of clinical nursing pathway for chronic subdural hematoma patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic subdural hematoma treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing under the traditional nursing mode,and the observation group received nursing under the clinical nursing pathway mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time,extubation time and thread removal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 7.14%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 26.19% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic subdural hematoma undergoing surgical treatment can reduce hospitalization time,relieve economic pressure and alleviate negative emotions of patients,with lower risk of complications.
