摘要
固定式皮带输送机具有运输连续、运量大以及维护简便等优势,目前在港口、矿山、冶金、电力、建材、煤炭、电站等多个领域都有广泛应用,并且显著提升了生产效率。为了充分发挥该设备的优势和作用,需要对设备各个部分进行合理化安装,并做好日常维护工作,确保设备始终保持良好的工作性能。基于此,本文简要介绍了固定式皮带输送机,细化探究了该设备的安装要点和日常维护要点,为使用提供一定参考。
Fixed belt conveyor has the advantages of continuous transportation, large capacity and simple maintenance. It has been widely used in port, mine, metallurgy, power, building materials, coal, power station and other fields, and has significantly improved production efficiency in practical application. In order to give full play to the advantages and functions of the equipment in practical application, it is necessary to rationalize the installation of various parts of the equipment, and do a good job in daily maintenance to ensure that the equipment always maintains good working performance. Based on this, combined with the introduction of fixed belt conveyor, this paper explored the installation points and daily maintenance points of the equipment in detail, and provided some reference for relevant users.
