摘要
介绍了国外煤炭智能化无人开采技术发展现状和国内煤炭智能化无人开采技术进展,阐述了智能化无人开采的目标、技术模式与关键技术路径,提出了一种基于智能自适应开采技术模式的层次控制模型,并介绍了相关的关键技术。结合我国在煤炭智能化无人开采领域的实践探索经验,对煤炭智能化无人开采技术进行了展望。分析表明,我国目前正处于综采自动化结合远程可视化干预的智能化无人开采阶段,未来会朝智能自适应开采模式逐步发展演变,以最终实现真正的工作面智能化无人开采。
This paper introduced the development status of intelligent unmanned mining technology in foreign countries and the progress of domestic intelligent unmanned mining technology, expounded the target, technical mode and key technology path of intelligent unmanned mining, proposed a hierarchical control model based on intelligent adaptive mining technology mode, and introduced the relevant key technologies. Combined with the practical exploration experience in the field of intelligent unmanned mining at work face in China, the prospect of intelligent unmanned mining technology of working face was presented. The analysis showed that China is currently in the intelligent unmanned mining stage of fully mechanized mining automation combined with remote visual intervention, and it will gradually develop and evolve towards the intelligent auto-adaptive mining mode in the future, so as to finally realize the real intelligent unmanned mining at work face.
