摘要
为分析规模化猪场对粪污有机质采用减量化用水、固液分离、沼气发酵、生物降解和净化剂添加的技术路线的深度处理效果,采集猪场直排污水、沼液、处理厂出水进行检测和分析。检测结果表明:猪场污水有机物经沼气池的降解率达70%以上,沼液经深度处理的降解率达90%以上,最后出水BOD_5均小于150 mg/L,COD均小于400 mg/L,低于《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596-2001)中水污染物最高允许排放浓度,达到了较为理想的处理结果。本研究为规模化猪场污水处理模式提供参考,进一步推动环境友好型生猪产业发展。
To analyze the deep treatment effect of the technical route of reducing the amount of water, solid-liquid separation, biogas fermentation, biodegradation and purifier addition to the soil organic matter, the direct sewage, biogas slurry and treatment of the pig farm were collected. The effluent from the plant was tested and analyzed. The test results show that the degradation rate of organic matter in pig farms by biogas digesters is over 70%, the degradation rate of biogas slurry after deep treatment is over 90%, and the final effluent BOD 5 is less than 150 mg/L, COD is less than 400 mg/L, lower than the maximum allowable discharge concentration of water pollutants in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock and Poultry Industry (GB 18596-2001) has reached a satisfactory treatment result. This study provides a reference for large-scale pig farm sewage treatment mode, and further promotes the development of environmentally friendly pig industry.
