摘要
以Moldflow智能设计分析为核心改革传统模具实训教学模式,规划组合新模具实训课程的课程结构及教学重点内容。在Moldflow模流分析新模块实训中,借助典型模具案例指导学生完成模具型腔结构、浇注系统和冷却系统设计等任务导向训练,应用智能参数设计向导完成工艺参数设定,最后通过逼真的仿真模拟注塑效果让学生进行设计方案的验证和比较分析,从而拓宽学生的模具知识范围,建立初步的设计工艺经验,提升设计应用能力。
This paper takes the Moldflow intelligent design analysis as the core to reform the traditional mold training teaching mode, and plans to combine the course structure of the new mold practice and its main contents. In the new mode, guided by typical mold cases, students are guided to complete the tasks oriented training of mold cavity structure, gating system and cooling system design, set up the process parameters by using the intelligent parameter design wizard, verify and comparative analyze the design plans from those injection molding effect schemes by realistic simulation. The method broadens the scope of students' mold knowledge, and establishes the preliminary design process experience, and enhances design application ability.
