高校实验室低值易耗材料信息化管理之探索 被引量:20

摘要 将信息化技术应用到高校实验室管理中,是高校发展的必然趋势,同时亦是衡量高校管理水平的重要标志。信息化为高校实验室管理的效率提升带来新支撑,并为其带来新的变革。在信息化的大背景下,基于高校实验室低值易耗材料管理的实践经验,针对高校实验室低值易耗材料传统管理模式的现状和存在的不足,剖析高校实验室低值易耗材料信息化管理系统的作用和价值,结合华侨大学的实践探索,彰明如何借助先进的信息化技术手段,以规范管理为核心目标,构建信息管理平台,系统性的对全校范围内分散采购的实验室低值易耗材料进行集中验收入库,通过优化管理流程,提高管理效率,实现对实验室低值易耗材料的规范化、集约化和精细化管理。 The application of informatization technology to university laboratory management is an inevitable trend of the development of colleges and universities, and it is also an important symbol to measure the management level of colleges and universities. The information becomes the new support for the efficiency improvement of university laboratory management, and some innovations are brought. Under the background of informatization, based on the practical experience of the management of university laboratory low-value materials, this paper analyzes the present situation of laboratory low-value material shortage in universities, and deals with the significance of establishment of informatization management system. Combining with the exploration and the practice in Huaqiao University, this paper illustrates how to use advanced information technology, to regulate the management and build the information management platform such that the decentralized procurement of low-value materials can be concentrated checked and restored. By optimizing the management process, improving the efficiency of management, the standardization of laboratory low-value material, intensive and fine management are realized.
