摘要
综述了植物纤维的来源以及在汽车行业的应用范围;介绍了常用植物纤维材料的种类,以及麻纤维和木纤维织物在实际应用中相应产品的制造工艺;通过对比植物纤维材料与传统材料的综合性能,展望了植物纤维在降低原材料成本以及在生产过程中减少加工工序和降低生产成本的发展需求。
This paper summarized the sources of plant fibers and their application in the automobile industry, and then introduced types of commonly used plant fibers as well as manufacturing process of Hemp and Wood fabrics and corresponding products in the real application. By comparing the comprehensive performance between plant fibers and traditional materials, this paper prospected the development demand of plant fibers in reducing raw material and production cost as well as processing procedure.
